“I envision a temple as big and as open as the tent which Abraham and Sarah shared, a home that welcomes people of all faiths and of no faith, Jews and non-Jews, a home that welcomes each of us as human beings, a home in which the dignity of each individual is assured and in which laughter and joy are abundant.”
-Rabbi Robert Nosanchuk,

Fairmount Temple’s Religious School prepared me well for my bat mitzvah. Cantor Sager was so supportive when it came to learning how to chant in Hebrew. Studying the Torah with Rabbi Nosanchuk was really inspiring. It was gratifying to see the hard work come together.
We know that whatever may be happening in the world , the tensions and strife that may be going on, we know that we always have a partner at the table in Fairmount Temple. Because we’re both committed to the same thing.
The temple trip to Israel was amazing! Our family of three became a family of 44 and that made our experience priceless.
My son absolutely loves Fairmount Temple pre-school! He is always excited to go to school, see his friends, and learn new things. His teachers have all been truly amazing and he loves visits with the rabbi! The positive environment has given my kids a foundation for a lifetime of learning!
Not only was Confirmation a great experience, but I was also able to become so close with the kids that I have gone to temple with since 2nd grade.
The annual Harvest Havdalah is a great fall event. This year there were almost 170 parents, kids and grandparents all enjoying the magician, the hayride and of course s'mores and havdalah! We had a great time and are looking forward to next year.
My temple membership offers many opportunities to connect to Jewish traditions and social causes that make me feel good. It is a temple that respects differences and invites participation at many levels. There is much room for creativity and learning. My husband and I have made wonderful friends.
We feel fortunate to be part of a caring religious community that is willing to provide the support and resources necessary to meet each child's educational needs.
You will come to know and love and respect Rabbi Nosanchuk because of the love of Torah that is emblazoned within him. The quality that Rabbi Nosanchuk possesses that is so unique is a virtually infinite reservoir of mentschlikeit. There is a humanity that marks him.
I am grateful for Rabbi Caruso’s passion, vision, and commitment to a just world…Whether we're working on Greater Cleveland Congregations, marriage equality rallies, Martin Luther King Day or feeding the hungry, I know I can depend on Rabbi Josh Caruso to show up, help and often lead.
At the 2009 Reform Judaism’s Bienniel, Fairmount Temple’s Sisterhood was honored for their 100th anniversary. This is an achievement of longevity and legacy of which we are proud to be associated.
I came to Fairmount Temple’s GLBT Chevrei Tikva Chavurah for a safe place to worship with my whole self. I stayed because I love the casual and warm participatory services which we take turns leading.
