We are fortunate to have a large, accessible and multi-faceted building, a beautiful setting in which many activities can happen simultaneously, including excellent learning programs for children and adults, and a variety of worship services and experiences on Shabbat, festivals and High Holy Days.
We are also fortunate to be a close-knit community, providing the culture of a small congregation which nourishes informal warm connections between members of our community and our clergy. Our established temple organizations (on the side-bar) provide programs in which many members find their niche. In addition, our members meet one another while actively pursuing our temple’s vision – sharing educational activities, holiday programs, prayer experiences, and mitzvah projects to support one another and others in the general community. We hope you will become a part of our Caring Community.
We have a history and an enduring commitment to affecting change in the community around us, locally, regionally, nationally, and in the large world. Anshe Chesed grows opportunities to promote tzedek- social justice –and create change in areas of need. Learn how you can Advocate for Change.
