Shabbat Evening Service with speaker Laura Meckler, author/Washington Post journalist

Every Shabbat (Friday) evening, Fairmount Temple offers a 6:15 pm Shabbat Service with soothing prayers, inspiring teachings and uplifting music. At the Aug. 25 Shabbat Service, we will welcome special guest speaker, author and  Washington Post journalist Laura Meckler, whose had a new book out, Dream Town: Shaker Heights and the Quest for Racial Equality.   Currently, services are being offered in person in our Hilda Bogomolny Faigin Activity Center at Fairmount Temple.   The service is also offered virtually here https://fairmounttemple.livecontrol.tv/  and on Facebook and YouTube.
