This year’s Shabbat Service Celebrating Chanukah will include what we all need during the Festival of Lights - A communal lighting of our chanukkiot, beautiful music, and a message from our clergy to resonate with the season. We will also honor our 5782 Consecration Class, welcoming our first graders to the beginning of their Jewish education in the warmth of our communal pride. This service will be in-person (masked and social distancing), and live-streamed and Zoom. If you join us in-person, we invite you to bring your own menorah and seven candles to light in our Weinberg Social Hall.
In-person Shabbat Evening Services are offered in addition to virtual. There will be sections designated in the Mandel Sanctuary for those who wish to have social distancing and other areas designated for those who are comfortable worshiping in a more open seating environment. Masks will be required at indoor Shabbat services, whether you have been vaccinated or not.
Please note: There will remain virtual streaming and viewing options for those most comfortable connecting with services safely from their homes. The service is live-streamed, Fridays, 6:15 pm, without logging in here: https://www.fairmounttemple.org/worship/live-stream/
You can also watch on ROKU Fairmount Sanctuary channel (free download) and live on the temple's Facebook page.
