Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple's Early
Childhood Center is a safe, nurturing and stimulating Jewish environment.
We encourage each child's learning potential through exploration and discovery
in order to develop socially, cognitively, emotionally, physically and
spiritually. This experience connects each family with an excellent staff and
inviting synagogue—creating a unique community.
The Fairmount Temple Early Childhood Center offers classes for
children from 18 months through five years of age. Classes meet two, three, four
or five times a week, depending on the child's age. An optional lunch program is available, along with
an array of
enrichment opportunities. A flexible daycare, open from
7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., is offered for any child enrolled in the
Early Childhood Center. Daycare can be used on an as-needed basis.
Here's what makes Fairmount Temple's
Early Childhood Center special:
-
Devoted teachers with an average of
10 years experience at Fairmount Temple
-
Interaction with our
rabbis and cantor, from their visits to the
classroom, weekly Shabbat Sing-a-longs, to our visits to the Clergy offices for
Purim parades and holiday celebrations
-
Music, gym and library visits
-
A wonderful outdoor playground for
when the weather is nice, and a huge playroom when the weather's not
-
Summer programs
-
Options for extended day care and
other programs, including extended challenge programs for pre-kindergarten.
We believe that each child learns best in a relaxed, happy and stimulating
atmosphere and loving environment, and that is the environment we're pleased to
offer. For further information, call the Early Childhood office, 216-464-1752.
