Men of all generations are invited to be become active members of the Fairmount Temple Brotherhood. This group of men fill many important roles within the congregation through a variety of social, religious, cultural and educational activities. They sponsor the Sunday Morning Forum series featuring an array of distinguished speakers; special events, and social functions. During Chanukah, the Brotherhood distributes menorahs to first graders in the Religious School and during Pesach they host a popular Interfaith Seder which allows members of other faiths to learn more about the meaning of Pesach.

Through its affiliation with the Jewish Chautauqua Society, the educational arm of the National Federation of Temple Brotherhoods, the Fairmount Temple Brotherhood supports interfaith understanding and education on college campuses. The Brotherhood Mitzvah Corps holds monthly social programs with entertainment and refreshments for the residents at the Montefiore Home.
